The 46th National Narrow Gauge Convention will be held in Bloomington, Minnesota from September 2nd through the 5th, 2026.
Please join us in the “Land of 10,000 Lakes” for the 46th National Narrow Gauge Convention! Once again, our convention will be hosted at the DoubleTree—Bloomington—hotel, the largest convention facility located outside of the Twin Cities downtown areas. Under one roof, you will enjoy over 80,000 square feet of exhibitors and vendors, attend informative and inspiring clinics, view excellent modular layouts and participate in the model and photograph contest.
The Twin Cities area is home to many fine and world-class layouts as well, including many narrow-gauge layouts that will be open during our traditional, afternoon self-guided home layout tours. Several of these layouts have been published in model railroad magazines. From layouts that are 100% completed to layouts in various stages of construction, we hope you find all of these layouts inspiring to visit.
You will also have an opportunity to attend one or more of our extra-fare rail or non-rail activities, which are located both on and off-site.
